Providing Web content management (CMS) and on-line Classified Advertisment services for two leading German media companies enabled us to learn and understand the requirements of content management and on-line Advertisment systems about the Picke on.

Earlier these systems were based primarily on applications developed individually, but today there are plenty of commercial free systems available on the market. In the same time the domain of content management solutions itself expanded - on the Internet and Intranet applications- for all sectors and segments.
